The development of the professional profession is important to us. Through our employment opportunities for students, hands-on experience allows us to pass on the skills, knowledge and training needed in the fields and trades of our sector. In 2015, we offered 18 students the opportunity to find meaningful employment at Utilities Kingston in a number of positions, including communications, information systems, supply services, water and wastewater, billing and credit, and water and business services. Monitoring and follow-up of staff accommodation to ensure the adequacy of activities. 7. Report lost incidents to WSIB and make the necessary reports. 8. Advise management on the interpretation of the collective agreement, directives and procedures, compensation and internal systems.

9. Keep abreast of updates to labor laws that affect the company and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. 10. Manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees. 11. Coordinate HR-related training and ensure compliance goals are met. 12. Assistance in the administration of the organizational learning management system and development of training as required. 13.
