Phoenix College Consortium Agreement

To continue to receive financial assistance, students must meet the standards of satisfactory academic progress set by the UW-Green Bay Financial Assistance Office (SAP). Until official copies of you are sent by the visiting school, your syndicated credits remain incomplete, which may affect your future eligibility at UW-Green Bay. The consortium agreement is an agreement between the visiting school and the UW-Green Bay. There is also an agreement between the student and UW-Green Bay. Once you have received financial assistance for your university education at the CCGC, it is your responsibility to obtain your right and ensure that you will follow if necessary. Sometimes there are special circumstances – like. B stimulating financial assistance, applying for a student loan or any other situation – and you need special forms for these periods. Below are the necessary forms for 2020-2021. All messages related to the consortium agreement process will be sent to your ASU email address. For the semester in question, you must at least register with the ASU in mid-term addresses (6 license credits; 5 credit credits). Students of the ASU Nursing CEP with Arizona Community Colleges, University of Mary and Mayo Clinic must enrol in at least one ASU class. If you visit ASU Online through our partnerships with Starbucks, Uber or Aramark, we do not enter into a consortium agreement with the exception of CEP Care Students.

ASU law students do not need to register in the ASU credits, but must have the location on the schedule. Please note that if you receive any of the following types of rewards, they will only be proportionate based on your ASU registration status (union credits are not counted). Please read the full census policy to get details of how premiums are awarded pro-rata based on your registration. The consortium agreements allow ASU graduates to participate in financial assistance programs while simultaneously participating in the ASU and another accredited university. ASU reserves the right not to enter into a consortium agreement if, in the opinion of ASU Financial Aid and Scholarship Services, this consortium agreement was administratively unaffordable. Consortium agreements contribute to additional financial assistance, not to the postponement of loans. They are being considered for the Federal Pell Grant, Leap Grant and the Federal Supplemental Opportunity Grant. Subsidies are considered a gift aid and should not be refunded as long as you remain eligible. You will also be considered for federal stafford loans and work-study that will allow you to work part-time to help you pay for college. Consortium Contract 2020-2021 This form is required if you wish to take courses at CGCC and another Maricopa Community College, Arizona State University or Central Arizona University and get your help based on those credit hours.

Before filing the agreement with the financial assistance office, you must register with both the CSMC and the participating school. There are dates per semester to file a consortium contract.
